Garden Fresh Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. basil
2 (8 oz.) chops (1-inch thick)
2 envelopes cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
1 carrot, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 (13 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 potato, cut into chunks
Preparation

In medium skillet, melt butter; brown chops.
Add vegetables and basil.
Combine soup mix and water.
Add to vegetables.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until chops and veggies are tender.
Serves 2 people.
