Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    2 pkg. tortillas and oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    jalapeno peppers, seeded (3, 4 or more, depending on how \"hot\" you like it)
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken; bone and tear into bite size pieces.
