Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    9 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out a little at a time.
    (Keep remaining dough in refrigerator.
    Work with cold dough.)
    Roll out on lightly floured surface.
    Cut and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm.
    Yields 10 dozen.
