Oven Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    7 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Place first four ingredients into a 2-quart pan; bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.
    Stir well.
    Pour over corn, covering all kernels as much as possible.
    Place on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
