Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Cubed Cooked Chicken
    2 c. Cooked Rice
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
    1 can (8 oz.) Sliced Water Chestnuts
    2 Celery Ribs (thinly sliced)
    1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) Sliced Mushrooms
    3/4 c. Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
    1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/3 c. Crushed Saltines (about 10 crackers)
    1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine (melted)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients.
    Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.
