Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground venison
2/3 lb. ground pork
4 oz. box cornflakes
1/3 Tbsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. onion, finely chopped
2/3 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix with your hands until it is blended thoroughly. Use a loaf pan approximately 4 x 4 x 12 as a mold. (The mixture will make four loaves.) Press the meat firmly into the pan, then level it off. Run a knife around the sides, then turn out the loaf, upside down, on a dry baking sheet. Rub a liberal dousing of catsup all over the top and sides of each loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes. If there's room in the oven, cook them all at once.
