Carob Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. almond butter
    4 c. soy or nut milk
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
    1/4 c. oat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. coffee substitute (Postum, Pero, etc.)
    1/3 c. carob powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend smooth.
    Cook in saucepan until thick.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Decorate with coconut.
    Chill.
