Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 hot pods pepper
2/3 c. bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 (6 oz.) Certo
2 or 3 drops red or green food coloring
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except Certo, bring to rolling boil.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Add Certo to mix, pour into jars immediately.
Pepper will rise to top.
