Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate in microwave 2 minutes on High. Remove and blend in sour cream, salt and vanilla.
    Add sugar until spreading consistency.
