Pepitas(Toasted Pumpkin Seeds) - cooking recipe

2 c. shelled pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine pumpkin seeds, oil and salt; spread in a shallow baking pan.
Toast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. Drain on paper towel.
Store Pepitas in a tightly covered container.
Makes 2 cups.
