Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 pkg. crackers
    2 eggs
    1 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper
    1 additional c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except additonal ketchup); pour in a shallow pan.
    Cover completely with additional ketchup.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until browned.
    Drain juice; serve on platter.
    Serves approximately 8.
