Creamy Baked Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand (do not use evaporated)
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. real lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine and press firmly into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Mix well and pour onto top of crust.
Bake 50 minutes at 300\u00b0 until set in center.
Top with sour cream and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
Cool before refrigerating.
