Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean flank steak, slice in 3/8 to 1/4-inch strips
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for 1 hour. Place on drying trays.
    Dry at 145\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
    (See your dehydrator for recommended time.)
    Turn meat once during the drying period.
    Meat is ready when it bends like a green willow without breaking.
    Long term storage should be in the refrigerator.
