Sauteed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large Idaho potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake potatoes for 1 hour.
    Break in half and scoop out pulp.
    Mash and add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mash until smooth.
    In heavy black iron skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
    Put potato pulp into skillet and spread in a flat cake.
    It is best when it is at least 1-inch thick.
    Saute very slowly until golden brown.
    Turn and brown on other side. Cut into wedges to serve.
