Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
    6 slices American cheese
    2 cans French-style green beans, drained
    mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Drain off grease.
    Blend in ketchup (enough to coat the meat).
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Break cheese in half and cover the top of the meat mixture.
    Place drained green beans on top of cheese.
    Cover with mashed potatoes. Heat through.
