Apple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    apple juice
    salt, pepper and thyme
    fresh garlic chopped
    sliced apples
Preparation
    Place pork chops in glass baking dish.
    Pour apple juice over meat until half covered.
    Lightly salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
    Sprinkle chopped garlic over each pork chop.
    Place 3 or 4 apple slices on each.
    Cover tightly, bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
