Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Do not use mixer.
    Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat by hand.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cooled, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
