Eunice'S Lemon Chess Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavor
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add margarine (room temperature) and sugar. Cream well.
    Add flavor, vinegar and salt.
    Cook 10 minutes at 300\u00b0, then raise to 350\u00b0.
    Yield: 2 pies.
