Au Gratin Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 c. sugar
1 c. Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cheese and pineapple juice.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over the pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Top with cracker crumbs.
