Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. potatoes
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    mayonnaise
    Crisco oil
    cider vinegar
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins until tender, but firm. Let cool. Slice potatoes in small chunks, mince small onion and half pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, pour jar of mayonnaise, mix in 1/4 cup of Crisco oil and 1/4 cup of cider vinegar.
    Should be thin and a little runny.
    Add potatoes, onion and peppers. Sprinkle with paprika and chill.
