Frankfurter Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 medium carrots
    4 small onions
    1 lb. franks
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients about 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, then remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
