Egg Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix milk, water, cooking oil, soda and salt together.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add corn meal (enough to make mixture medium stiff).
Brush top with oil or butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
I use my iron skillet.
