Chicken Swiss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/3 c. white wine or apple juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 stick margarine (optional)
Preparation

Lightly coat casserole dish with margarine.
Place chicken in dish. Lay cheese slice on each chicken breast.
