Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Fry butter, rice and mushrooms until rice is brown.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Add beef consomme and onion soup.
    Stir well. Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Then remove cover and cook 20 more minutes.
