Brickle Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) bag Bits 'O Brickle
    1 c. oatmeal (optional)
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter with both sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in Bits 'O Brickle and other remaining ingredients if used.
    Spread evenly in well-greased 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Frost with white or chocolate butter frosting.
