Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. chopped squash
    4 c. chopped onion
    2 large green peppers (chopped)
    5 Tbsp. canning salt
    2-1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tumeric
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well, bring to a rolling boil.
    Pack in hot jars and seal. Makes 9 quarts.
