Baked Clam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans minced clams
2 c. milk
24 soda crackers, crushed
1 small onion, minced
1 small green pepper, minced
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Pour milk over crackers; let stand until milk is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender, but not browned.
Add to cracker mixture.
Add clams with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste and eggs; mix well.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until set.
Yields 6 servings.
