Tex-Mex Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (you may use 2 cans if a stronger tomato taste is desired)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen pasta accents (a Green Giant product containing pasta and vegetables)
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in pasta accents.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Sprinkle with cheese.
