Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
1 medium onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in butter until onion is tender.
Pour into baking dish; sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; set aside.
In same skillet, brown ground beef; drain fat. Stir flour, salt and pepper, then ketchup into meat.
Spoon meat over zucchini.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes until cheese is lightly brown.
