Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple slices, drained
    2 (15 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (16 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 (1.5 oz.) envelope stir-fry chicken seasoning blend
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in the crock. Stir well. Add the meat and stir well to coat. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 hours. Makes about 12 servings.
