Versatile Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. warm water
2/3 c. honey (part molasses, 2 Tbsp.)
12 to 13 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs (optional)
Preparation

With dough hook combine water, 7 cups of flour and yeast.
Add remaining ingredients and enough flour until dough cleans from side of bowl.
Knead 6 minutes (10 minutes by hand); form loaves and place in pans.
Let rise to near double.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
If mixed by hand, cover and let rise to double.
Punch down; let rest 15 minutes.
Second rising in bowl makes finer textured bread.
Form loaves and bake.
