Custard Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook milk and flour, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a thick paste.
    Take off heat and place in a bowl. Cover with wax paper and cool.
