Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet to coat bottom.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add rice, celery and onion.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
