Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. candied cherries
1 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 1/2 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. flour (keep out 1 c. to flour fruit)
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in cooker 1 hour, then bake in oven 1 hour or 30 minutes.
