Apple Raisin Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar/cinnamon
    1/2 box yellow cake mix (Jiffy)
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
    1 egg white
    1 fresh lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut apples into small pieces.
    Combine apples with raisins, cake mix, sugar/cinnamon and lemon juice. On a baking stone, make a circle with crescent triangles, wide sides overlapping.
    Press seams together.
    (It will look like a sun with a hole in middle.)
    Spoon mixture along edge of circle in a ring. Lay each triangle point over mixture and press along inside seam. (Mixture will not be completely covered.)
    Whisk egg white with 1 teaspoon of water and brush top.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
