Souper Meat Ball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen in butter sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables and drain.
    Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, onion and seasonings.
    Shape into 20 meat balls.
    In large skillet, melt butter and slowly brown meat balls. Arrange meat balls in a shallow casserole.
    Combine soup, cooked mixed vegetables and 1 cup cheese.
    Pour over meat balls. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over casserole.
    Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
