Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup diced onions
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    6-8 sliced rye bread, cubed
    3/4 pound corned beef
    3/4 pound Swiss cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    Thousand Island Dressing (optional)
Preparation
    Layer in greased casserole:
    sour cream, onions, sauerkraut, corned beef, Swiss cheese.
    Melt butter and toss with bread cubes. Place buttered bread cubes on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over top after serving, if desired.
