Chicken Cutlets Doris - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several chicken breasts, boned and sliced into thin strips
2 to 4 eggs, well beaten
mixture of 2 parts Italian bread crumbs and 1 part grated Romano cheese and 1 part grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg, then mixture, then egg and then mixture again.
Have olive oil heated in skillet.
Brown chicken.
(This only takes several minutes each side.) Drain on paper towels. Serve with pasta and red sauce, garlic bread and salad.
