Ritzy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/4 lb. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Mix sugar and baking powder.
    Add to egg whites.
    Beat to stiff peaks.
    Fold in nuts and cracker crumbs. Pour into a greased and lightly floured pie plate.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top should be light brown.
    Top cooled pie with whipped cream.
    Garnish with extra cracker crumbs and chopped pecans.
