Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. canned milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Cook to soft ball stage (236\u00b0), or until a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat until mixture begins to thicken.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares.
    Chill.
