Chicken Lollipop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken wings
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of seasoned salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 whole eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. bread crumbs
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Wash and clean chicken wings thoroughly.
    Cut and scrape meat downwards and marinate with seasoned salt, garlic powder and black pepper for 1 to 2 hours.
    In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs until blended.
    Dredge chicken wings in flour one by one (mix the meat in the flour like forming a small ball).
    Dip in beaten eggs, then dredge with bread crumbs.
    Deep fry in a medium-high heat until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot or with hot or sweet/sour sauce.
