Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth.
    Add
    remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill.
