California Nacho Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans
1 lb. hot or mild sausage, browned and drained
1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, drained
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. grated mild Cheddar
1 bottle medium-hot taco sauce
1 large sour cream
Preparation

Layer in order in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, except sour cream. Reserve small amount of cheeses.
Refrigerate layers for at least 2 hours and then bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
