Beet Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can beets (2 c.), drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice beets into strips.
    Combine jello and hot water; mix with other ingredients.
    Put in mold.
    Refrigerate until firm.
