Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cut rhubarb finely in a bowl.
Add all ingredients, stirring well.
Pour into a deep dish pastry lined pie pan.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly in center.
