Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Cook broccoli and rice as directed on package.
Saute onion and celery in oil.
Mix soup, cheese and milk over medium heat until cheese is melted.
Combine broccoli and rice with cheese sauce.
Bake in a buttered casserole for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
