Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck (lean)
    1 lb. ground venison or 1 lb. lean ground pork
    2 eggs
    2 green onions, minced or 1 medium onion, minced
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix ground meat, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, milk, horseradish, salt, mustard and 1/4 cup catsup.
    Shape into loaf, pressing firmly.
    Spread remaining catsup over top of loaf. Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
