Roasted Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large heads garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced onion
    3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 qt. chicken broth
    2 bay leaves
    2 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
    salt
    white pepper
Preparation
    Roast garlic on a baking sheet in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or for 10 minutes in microwave at full power.
    Let cool.
    Separate the cloves and peel.
