Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Then fold in zucchini and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Okay to freeze.
    It's very moist!
