Quick Microwave Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. white wine or omit wine and increase water to 1 1/4 c.
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 can green peas, drained or green beans
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish, blend soup, water, wine and soy sauce.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook in microwave on High power for 9 1/2
    to 10 1/2 minutes.
    Stir twice during cooking.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Top if desired with crushed crackers or bread crumbs (seasoned works well).
